Male Body Shape

The male body shape is established by the relationship between the hips, waist and chest. The proportions are impact by genetics and day to day lifestyle. In most cases you will have the same body type as your mother or father. As your body type is genetic, it will always  be a part of you. But with the right approach you can change your body shape to look like a different frame.

There are three main body shapes:

*Endomorphs ( Big bones)- These people have bigger bones, round faces, bigger hips and appear to be stocky built.

*Mesomorph (Ruler shape)-  Athletic body often have a hourglass or ruler shape and gain muscle easily as they have a very fast metabolism.

*Ectomorph (Thin)- Linear, Thin and slightly muscular individual. Ectomorph looks like ruler, with narrow waist, hips and shoulders.

London Fashion Week- Mark Fast's show

Kanye West spotted front row at Mark Fast's show http://beautyisdiverse.com/2012/02/mark-fast-fall-2012/ at London Fashion Week, surrounded by stylist Grace Woodward, Mollie King (The Saturdays), model Portia Freeman and Nicola Roberts (Girl aloud). Mark Fast collection takes away the boring out of knitwear, other-words make crocheted knits appear less quaint and more chic.  

Don't Get Me Wrong Baby, I Don't Swallow?

I recall Tamar, in The Braxton family Values saying " You know, I usually don't buy perfume, but a perfume called Don't Get Me Wrong Baby, I Don't Swallow? That, I gotta have." Thats the first time I heard about this perfume, at first I thought it was just a joke or for shock value, until I actually came across it.


A blend of clean orange, lily, airy jasmine and blossom. Don't Get Me Wrong baby, I Don't Swallow is said to give off The Good Girl vibe, which makes it I quote; "Prim, Proper and Well-behaved". The scent is said to have been made by the perfumer behind Burberry London, Armani Code, Gucci Rush and Lanvin. Which in my opinion are very good scents therefore let's not knock it too much until t we've tried it...xxx

Whitney Houston is dead

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Whitney Houston, who reigned as pop music's queen until her majestic voice and regal image were ravaged by drug use, has died. She was 48.

At her peak in the 1980s and '90s, Houston the golden girl of the music industry and one of the world's best-selling artists.

Among her hits were "How Will I Know," ''Saving All My Love for You" and "I Will Always Love You." She won multiple Grammys including album and record of the year.

Her success carried her beyond music to movies like "The Bodyguard."
